Job Expectations and Competencies:
- Prepares all menu items according to recipe and portions with precision.
- Upholds all food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Transports supplied and prepared food from the kitchen to the event site.
- Ensures that all food items are stored and managed according to food safety standards.
- Communicates effectively with management and coworkers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage inventory and product responsibly.
- Excellent time management.
- Maintains highest levels of excellence and presentation.
- Performs other related duties as directed by Catering and Kitchen Managers.
- Learn prep and all kitchen positions in order to best assist in-between caterings.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years culinary experience
- Ability to life up to 50lbs
