We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Automotive Cashier with Receptionist Responsibilities to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.


Job Summary:
The Automotive Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, answering incoming calls, processing payments, and supporting the service department with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing a welcoming customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Coordinate with sales, service and management regarding customer needs.
