What to Expect:.

This is a structured, client-focused role designed to meet the needs of the population served.
  • Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
  • Schedule: Includes evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday required).
  • Days Off: Two weekdays (assigned).

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll guide and support young adults (ages 18-24) as they work toward stable housing and independence.
  • Assist with housing placement, leasing, and move-ins.
  • Support clients with applications, vouchers, and documentation.
  • Provide ongoing case management and support planning.
