Job description

Setting: Outpatient clinic with call

  • One consistent Monday–Monday week per month (7 shifts)
  • Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM plus night/weekend call (limited, rarely returns onsite)
  • Max 15 patients/day
  • New visits 30 min | Follow-ups 15 min
  • Scope includes chemo, immunotherapy, transfusions, LPs, radiation, ablation
  • No acute leukemia or sickle cell patients
  • Start ASAP (privileges ~45–90 days)

Requirements:
MD/DO, completed combined Hem/Onc fellowship, board certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology, KY or compact license preferred, BLS/ACLS, DEA, EPIC experience.
