About the Role

As the Confirmation Call Center Manager, you will oversee daily call center operations, manage a team of representatives, and ensure appointments are scheduled and confirmed efficiently. This role plays a key part in supporting sales operations and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments
