Hyde Park Interiors is a high end interior design firm, retail furniture and rug store. We are a small locally owned business providing the highest quality design services and furniture from the top line manufacturers.  

Job Description

Day to day order entry

File maintenance / Maintain an orderly and current accounting filing system

Track order progress

Establish and maintain customer relationships, communicate with customers and co-workers to provide accurate information

A/R and A/P

Reconciliations

Record cash receipts and make bank deposits

Conduct a monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts

Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure proper management - research outstanding issues/discrepancies

Answers all vendor inquiries

Qualifications

Must be proficient Quickbooks

Accounting or bookkeeping backround

Must be legally authorized to work in the US

Strong verbal and written skills

Must be detailed and organized

Must be well dressed and have a polished appearance 

Must be able to multi-task

Must be outgoing and personable
