Position: D-BAT Trainer
Location: Johns Creek, GA
Reports To: D-BAT Baseball Manager
Schedule: Part-Time - flexible hours; afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Position Overview:
D-BAT is a premier indoor baseball and softball training facility offering private lessons, batting cages, camps, and clinics for athletes of all ages and skill levels. The D-BAT Trainer delivers high-quality instruction through private and group training sessions, helping athletes improve performance while creating an engaging and positive training experience. This role is responsible for player development, client retention, and contributing to overall program growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Player Development (60%)
  • Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions tailored to player goals
  • Develop training plans using baseline assessments and ongoing performance tracking
  • Provide consistent coaching feedback to improve skills, confidence, and game performance

Client Engagement & Retention (25%)
  • Build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches
  • Encourage repeat sessions and long-term development through consistent follow-up
  • Support efforts to re-engage former clients and grow lesson participation

Facility Operations & Team Support (15%)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment
  • Collaborate with the Baseball Manager and team to ensure consistent coaching standards
