AO Globe Life is expanding and looking for driven, coachable individuals to join our remote sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, and no prior insurance experience is required.

In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, help them understand their life insurance and supplemental benefit options, and guide them through the enrollment process using a proven system.

We provide warm leads, hands-on training, weekly mentorship, and a clear path for growth into leadership roles. If you are motivated, disciplined, and ready to take control of your income, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually to review life insurance and supplemental benefit options
  • Educate individuals and families on coverage that fits their needs and budget
  • Work with company-provided warm leads to schedule and conduct appointments
  • Follow a structured sales system and training program
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients
  • Build strong client relationships through professional communication
  • Track personal activity, appointments, and performance goals
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development

Qualifications
