This is not a desk job. The Corporate Bar Manager is equally comfortable behind the bar on a busy Friday night as they are in a vendor meeting on a Tuesday morning. They are the connective tissue between ownership's vision and the bartenders executing it every shift - leading by doing, coaching by example, and bringing genuine enthusiasm to every interaction.
