Job Summary
Lead the Bar Team
Supervise bartenders and bar staff to ensure smooth, consistent service.
Provide direction, support, and coaching to maintain service standards and team morale.
Create Memorable Guest Experiences
Ensure beverages are prepared and served accurately, efficiently, and with personality.
Step in as needed to support guest service and maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
Manage Bar Operations
Oversee bar setup, restocking, and breakdown before and after events.
Monitor product levels, supplies, and presentation standards throughout service.
Cashier with Confidence
Operate and oversee the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process cash and card transactions.
Balance the register or cash drawer at shift end, following company procedures for accountability.
Keep It Clean
Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are prepared and stocked.
Follow sanitation and safety guidelines consistently.
Safety First
Check identification to verify legal drinking age per state and company requirements.
Monitor for signs of intoxication and uphold all responsible alcohol service policies and laws.
Team Player Mentality

  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify.
