Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to build and manage Azure-based CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable DevOps solutions, ensuring high availability and automation maturity across environments.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using YAML.
• Develop reusable, modular, and scalable pipeline templates and frameworks.
• Lead the automation of build, release, and deployment processes across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage image lifecycle and optimization.
• Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes clusters (AKS preferred).
• Define and implement deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling deployments).
• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Ensure security best practices (DevSecOps) in pipelines and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex pipeline failures, cluster issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and governance for CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps/Cloud engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in writing YAML-based pipelines and templates.
• Solid experience in Docker containerization and image management.
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS or other managed clusters).
• Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes deployments.
• Proficiency in Git-based version control and branching strategies.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, automation, and release management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
