Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene

  • Follow individualized care plans and monitor client health

  • Provide medication reminders and support

  • Offer companionship and emotional encouragement

  • Ensure safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers

  • Assist with meal prep and nutritional support

  • Document care accurately and report changes to the office

  • Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and staff

Requirements

  • 2 years of prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, or PCA required

  • Dementia and long-term care experience a plus

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a bonus

Position Details
