Job description

About the Role:

We’re seeking attentive, skilled caregivers to join the Right at Home team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on personal care and health-related support under the supervision of a nurse. Your care will help clients live safely and comfortably at home while preserving dignity and independence.


Description:

You’ll assist with bathing, hygiene, range-of-motion exercises, mobility support, and delegated medical tasks such as catheter care or vital monitoring. This position is ideal for caregivers or CNAs with experience supporting clients who have more complex care needs.


Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, mobility, and hygiene support

• Accurately observe and report changes in client condition

• Support safe transfers and use of mobility equipment

• Maintain proper documentation and communication with the care team

• Promote client comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being


Qualifications:

• Current CNA license or at least 6 months of advanced caregiving experience preferred

• Comfortable performing medical-related care under nurse supervision

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate

• Must pass background screening

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
