As a Direct Care Weekend Assistant Manager in Chandler, Arizona, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities or special needs. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise/provide compassionate and personalized care, ensuring that each client receives the support they need to thrive in their daily activities. This position requires a deep commitment to fostering independence and dignity, while also ensuring safety and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's unique needs. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a nurturing environment that empowers clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience in direct care or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
  • Knowledge of behavioral management techniques.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
