Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Trouble shooting/decision making: Determining Causes of operating errors and deciding how to fix the problem.
  • Reading comprehension: understanding written documents concerning work related tasks.
  • Writing: communicating effectively with co-workers through proper grammatical and spelling.
  • Communication: effectively communicating with the team to fix each customer's needs in a timely manner.
  • Give recommendations based on what the customer needs.
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle, especially if it changes.
  • Assure that vehicles get fixed and returned clean, undamaged, and without changes to the comfort, convenience features, or audio system settings.
  • Thorough, legible 120-point inspection.
