Job description

Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Licensed Oregon Journeyman Electricians for projects located in or around Eugene, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $53-$58/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

  • Perform commercial and residential electrical installations
  • Complete work on new construction, remodels, and tenant improvement projects
  • Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs
  • Install and terminate panels, breakers, transformers, and distribution systems
  • Install conduit including EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit
  • Install wiring, lighting, receptacles, and electrical equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
  • Test electrical systems to ensure proper operation
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC and Oregon electrical codes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Assist in mentoring apprentices as needed

Requirements:

  • Must possess a current Oregon Journeyman Electrician License
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must have strong knowledge of NEC and Oregon electrical codes
  • Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from ladders and lifts when required
  • Must be dependable, safety-minded, and professional
