What You Will Do? Match caregivers with clients in a way that supports strong, lasting relationships Handle incoming referrals with accuracy, warmth, and professionalism Manage and update caregiver and client schedules Fill open shifts and resolve scheduling challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset Maintain a positive, steady presence in a dynamic office environment Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staff Document schedule changes and communication in our scheduling system
