About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Ace Appliance Sales & Service , you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in Toledo, OH. Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients. Days and hours needed for this position rotates weekly since we are open 7- Days per week. The schedule is 5- day work week 40 - hours per week. Our office staff works weekends and weekdays. Starting pay is $22.15 per hour plus performance bonuses. All scheduled hours are put out one month in advance. Location Ace Appliance 3724 Airport Hwy. Toledo, Ohio 43615
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
