Job description

Sr Data Analyst - Alteryx to Tableau/Power BI Migration

We are seeking multiple Data Analysts to lead the migration of existing Alteryx workflows and reporting assets to Tableau and/or Power BI. This role will focus on analyzing current-state data pipelines, redesigning workflows, and delivering optimized, scalable dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end migration of Alteryx workflows and reporting solutions to Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Analyze and document existing Alteryx data flows, transformations, and reporting logic
  • Redesign and optimize data models, queries, and workflows for improved performance and scalability
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting outputs
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout migration process
  • Perform testing, validation, and performance tuning of migrated solutions
  • Document processes, data mappings, and best practices for long-term support

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx (workflow analysis and migration)
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI development
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills
  • Experience with data migration, ETL redesign, and dashboard optimization
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices for BI modernization
  • Prior experience in large-scale BI/reporting migration projects
