Job description
An industry-leading developer, owner, and operator of next-generation energy and digital infrastructure is seeking a CSA Lead to support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. Backed by major institutional investors and experiencing rapid growth, this organization is at the forefront of powering the future of AI and advanced technology infrastructure.
In this role, you'll oversee the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope from construction through project closeout, ensuring seamless integration with MEP and commissioning teams. You'll collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive quality, schedule, cost, and constructability across complex data center developments.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction, project engineering, design management, or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of site development, structural systems, and building design
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction projects
- Mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial project experience strongly preferred
