WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This position will assist the Senior Accontant with the audit of all PantherDining transactions. This position may require you to be cross-trained with other positions across the department during busier times of the year. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Process vendor invoices for ten (10) locations, ensuring accurate accounts payable records, purchase order tracking and timely payment processing.
  • Review monthly vendor statements and process credit memos to maintain accurate account balances.
  • Support new vendor onboarding, manage vendor communications, and resolve payment inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process and reconcile monthly Purchase Card (PCard) transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate expense reporting.
  • Collect, track and submit weekly PCI inspection logs from all locations to support regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation to support audit readiness and strengthen internal financial controls.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations and administrative teams to support daily accounting activities and departmental objectives.
  • Reconcile financial transactions and accurately post entries to the General Ledger.
  • Maintain and manage comprehensive filing systems to ensure accurate record retention and accessibility.
  • Process, monitor, and track all Foundation-related financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

  • Manage external group dining reservations, including payment processing and transaction tracking.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
