Summary
The Housekeeping Inspector ensures all rental properties meet Black Butte Ranchs cleaning and service standards. This role works closely with the Executive Housekeeping Manager to inspect units, support housekeeping staff, and maintain a high level of guest and homeowner satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect rental properties to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
  • Provide feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff
  • Support and follow up on team performance with the Executive Housekeeping Manager
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health protocols
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
