Job description

Part Time Housekeeper

Company Overview

Our RV resort is nestled along the Yamhill River in Oregon's scenic Willamette Valley and is known for its quiet, friendly atmosphere. Guests come to relax, enjoy nearby wineries, live music, golf, casinos, historic small towns, and an aviation museum.

We aim to provide a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every guest. Our housekeeping team plays a key role in delivering the quality and reliability our visitors count on.

The Opportunity

As a Part Time Housekeeper, you will be responsible for keeping guest rooms and common areas clean, organized, and inviting. Your work directly shapes each guest’s first impression and overall experience at the resort.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys staying active, and wants a steady, part-time position in a peaceful, hospitality-focused setting.

What You'll Do

  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and common areas to resort standards, including floors, bathrooms, surfaces, and linens.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure all areas are guest-ready.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to complete daily and weekly tasks on time.
  • Identify and report maintenance, safety, or damage issues promptly to the appropriate team member.
  • Support overall housekeeping operations by assisting teammates and completing additional tasks as needed.
What Success Looks Like

  • Within the first 30 days, you consistently complete your assigned rooms and areas each shift, meeting cleanliness and quality expectations.
  • Guest rooms and common areas receive positive feedback for cleanliness and overall appearance.
  • Supplies are kept organized and stocked, reducing last-minute shortages or delays.
  • Maintenance and safety concerns are reported quickly, helping keep the property safe and well-maintained.
What We're Looking For

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in hospitality, residential, or similar settings is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in creating clean, orderly spaces.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies throughout the shift.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay range: $15 to $20 per hour
  • Flexible part-time scheduling, including potential weekend shifts.
  • Employment type: Part-time, on-site at the RV resort/hospitality property.
  • Work hours: Vary by season and occupancy; may include weekends and holidays.
How to Apply

If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a friendly, guest-focused team, please submit your resume or a brief summary of your experience through Indeed. We look forward to reviewing your application.
