Job description

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3320
$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Tech
Job Details:
• Work in a department with 2 MRI suites serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Handle orthopedic, neurological, gastrointestinal, and breast imaging cases
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Perform MRI guided biopsies and breast biopsies
• Work independently with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT-M
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Work with Siemens 1.5 Tesla Magnet equipment
• Use EPIC EMR system and Pyxis medication dispensing
• 2nd shift available from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Weekend call rotation every 4th weekend from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• One weekday call shift per week from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Holiday coverage only if needed
• One day orientation provided
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Free parking available in East parking structure on 3rd floor or higher
• No cardiac pacemaker scanning required
• No floating to other departments
Facility:
This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center featuring 277 hospital beds and operates as a Level IV Trauma Center. The facility includes a Level III NICU, Level III Perinatal Center with labor and delivery and postpartum services, and maintains accreditation as a Level III Geriatrics center. As a Primary Stroke Center, the facility provides advanced neurological care and maintains extensive support services including transporters, radiology assistants, radiologists, lead techs, phlebotomy, respiratory therapy, and hospitalist services.
