Salary range: Rs 5000000 - Rs 10000000 (ie INR 50 - 100 LPA)

Min Experience: 7+ years
Location: San Francisco, California, United States
JobType: full-time
We are looking for a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team and drive critical business priorities across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring 7-20 years of experience, with strong expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM), B2B SaaS, and business strategy.
This role is designed for a high-impact operator who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. You will help leadership translate company objectives into actionable plans, identify growth opportunities, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure key initiatives are executed with speed and accountability.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic business initiatives.
  • Develop and drive GTM strategies across customer acquisition, sales, partnerships, pricing, market expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze B2B SaaS business performance, market trends, customer segments, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into structured roadmaps, measurable goals, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Own cross-functional strategic initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success.
  • Track key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support annual and quarterly business planning, including revenue targets, growth strategies, resource allocation, and strategic priorities.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Work with GTM leadership to optimize sales funnels, customer acquisition strategies, sales productivity, and overall revenue operations.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, strategy documents, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Establish operating rhythms, reporting mechanisms, and accountability structures to ensure strategic initiatives remain on track.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and functional teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and effective execution.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable processes and solutions.
  • Support strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, M&A evaluations, or other high-priority leadership projects as required.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the leadership team, challenging assumptions and bringing data-driven perspectives to complex business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7-20 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in strategy, consulting, business operations, SaaS, GTM, product strategy, or a similar high-impact role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, revenue drivers, customer lifecycles, and SaaS metrics.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies for growth-stage or established businesses.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect market opportunities to business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
