Job description

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Morning ABA Cases – Newton Grove, NC

$22.00–$28.00 per hour | Weekday mornings and early afternoons | Part-time or full-time | In-home ABA therapy

Most ABA jobs want your afternoons and evenings. This one doesn't.

Blossom ABA Therapy has a morning caseload in the Newton Grove area for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician — or an exam-ready candidate who has finished the 40-hour RBT training and has real, hands-on ABA experience with children with autism. You'll deliver 1:1 therapy in Spanish-speaking family homes under the supervision of a licensed BCBA, and your evenings stay yours.

Terapia ABA a domicilio, horario matutino. Si eres RBT — o completaste el entrenamiento de 40 horas — y hablas español, queremos conocerte. Newton Grove, NC y alrededores.

The day-to-day

  • Run 1:1 ABA sessions in clients' homes, in both English and Spanish

  • Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) from your supervising BCBA

  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through structured and naturalistic programs

  • Collect clean session data and document progress on time

  • Coach Spanish-speaking caregivers so gains carry over after you leave

  • Manage challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures

Who this role fits — apply if all of these are true

  • You're fluent in English and Spanish — sessions and caregiver coaching happen in Spanish

  • You're free weekday mornings and early afternoons — this caseload is daytime, not after-school

  • You hold an active BACB RBT certification, or you've completed the 40-hour training and are ready to test

  • You've done direct 1:1 ABA work with children with autism — implemented programs, not just observed them

  • You drive, with reliable transportation — the caseload is local and built to keep your miles low

  • You can complete the background clearances required for working with children, and you can work at a kid's level: floor-sitting, kneeling, moving fast when needed

What you get

  • $22.00–$28.00/hour based on experience and certification — bilingual RBTs land at the top of the range

  • A consistent daytime schedule you can build a life around

  • Part-time or full-time hours, your call

  • Structured BCBA supervision that actually happens, plus ongoing mentorship

  • A real path forward in ABA, including support toward BCBA certification

  • BCBA Fellowship Program
