Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 

Giving Growth Therapy 

At Giving Growth Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re seeking Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT)’s who are passionate about making a difference and growing in their careers. 

Responsibilities: 

● Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.

● Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision. 

● Collect accurate data and track progress. 

● Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.

● Participate in training and maintain RBT certification. 

● Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.

Qualifications: 

● RBT certification 

● CPR certification 

● Passion for working with children; experience with autism a plus.

● Reliable transportation and clean driving record. 

● Experience with CentralReach is a plus
