We’re seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent part-time and Full time, work with a flexible and supportive team! Opportunity to increase to full time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting

  • Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA

  • Collect accurate data and track client progress

  • Collaborate with families and team members

  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (required)

  • Reliable transportation for local travel

  • Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

  • Must pass a background check
