Job description

  • Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and weed control
  • Maintain clean, well-kept properties according to company standards
  • Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely
  • Assist with seasonal services such as mulching, clean-ups, and plant replacements
  • Follow direction from Crew Leaders and complete assigned routes efficiently
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and job sites are clean upon completion
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
  • Valid driver's license is a plus
