Job Description:As a Pest Control Technician at Pest Master, you will be responsible for inspecting, identifying, and eliminating pests in residential and commercial settings. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the satisfaction and safety of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pest Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify types of pests, the extent of infestation, and potential entry points.
  • Treatment Application: Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments to eliminate and prevent pest infestations, ensuring the safety of occupants and the environment.
  • Sales/Up selling: Good in sales adding new customers in communities based on an existing customers and up selling to an existing customers based on seasons.
  • Customer Education: Educate clients on pest prevention and provide recommendations to maintain a pest-free environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including details of inspections, treatments, and recommendations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly handle and maintain pest control equipment, ensuring safe and effective operation.

Requirements:
  • Pest Control Certification: Possession of a valid pest control certification/license in accordance with state regulations.
  • Knowledge of Pests: Familiarity with common pests, their habits, and effective control methods.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and crawling in confined spaces.
  • Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
