Wedding & Event Inquiry Specialist (Full-Time)

By Landmark is hiring a Wedding & Event Inquiry Specialist to handle inbound inquiries from couples and clients. This is a phone-focused role where you'll guide conversations, answer questions, and schedule venue tours across our properties.

No cold calling, all inbound leads.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text Speak with couples/clients to understand event details (date, guest count, style) Recommend the best-fit venue(s) and schedule tours Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into appointments Log activity in CRM and manage scheduling Coordinate with venue sales teams

Qualifications

1-3 years of customer service, call center, or scheduling experience Strong phone presence and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling tools Hospitality or event experience is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly + commission opportunities In-person role (Plainfield, NJ) Weekend availability required Work-from-home flexibility on weekends
