Registered Nurse Unit Manager

WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center is hiring an experienced LPN Unit Manager to join our Long-Term Care community in Montoursville, PA. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an LPN with SNF or LTC experience-or a Charge Nurse ready to step into a management role-who is passionate about quality care, team leadership, and resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all clinical care on an assigned unit
  • Lead, mentor, and support licensed and non-licensed nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
  • Participate in care planning, admissions, and clinical documentation
  • Support infection control, quality improvement, and resident safety initiatives
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Active Registered Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
  • Strong clinical leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Experience with dementia care, care planning, and staff supervision preferred
