  • Provide crisis intervention support while working closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective care, especially for clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policies and health regulations.
  • Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, providing essential tools and resources for effective mental health management.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers for cohesive patient care.
  • Regularly assess treatment outcomes, adapt strategies as necessary, and contribute to ongoing patient progress reviews.
