Position Overview

WeCare Behavioral Health & Consulting Clinic is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team in Oakland, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic assessments, ensuring accurate understanding of each individual's needs.
• Cultivate personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating their goals, strengths, and cultural contexts.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various settings, including individual, couple, and family sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention support while working closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective care, especially for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policies and health regulations.
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, providing essential tools and resources for effective mental health management.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers for cohesive patient care.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, adapt strategies as necessary, and contribute to ongoing patient progress reviews.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health, continuously integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, ensuring every patient's confidentiality is preserved at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, influenced by experience, education, and other factors. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
