We are seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor in Aspers, PA. In this 1st shift role (7:00 am-3:30 pm), you will support daily operations, ensure compliance with client and organizational standards, and drive operational excellence.   • 2-3 years of experience in facilities/plant operations, plus leadership or mentoring of hourly staff.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CPMM or similar certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of boilers, chillers, generators, and HVAC/R systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills; close attention to detail.
  • Experience with WebTMA; P&L exposure a plus.
