Job Summary:

The Project Manager, Corporate Website will lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of Supermicro's global corporate website (supermicro.com) - the company's central digital platform for brand communication, product information, and customer engagement.This role serves as the bridge between business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver website features and improvements that enhance user experience, accessibility, and performance. The Project Manager will define priorities, manage cross-functional execution, and ensure the site evolves to meet both user needs and business goals.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with strong experience managing large-scale web initiatives and collaborating with UX, analytics, and development teams in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead website roadmap execution by planning and managing feature enhancements, content updates, and design improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, UX, Development, and IT teams to define goals, requirements, and timelines for website projects.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable web deliverables, balancing usability, design, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure content governance and quality control, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).
  • Coordinate global and regional web rollouts, including localized features and regional adaptations.
  • Manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing clear status updates, identifying risks, and proactively driving resolutions.
  • Support process optimization to improve release cycles, workflow efficiency, and collaboration between content, design, and engineering teams.
  • Champion user-centric design and functionality, ensuring the website provides a modern, seamless, and high-performing experience across all devices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field and with Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing website, digital cross-functional team projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate among business, design, and development teams.
  • Understanding of website production workflows, UX principles, and how digital features are built and deployed.
  • Ability to translate business goals into clear project requirements and manage deliverables through completion.
  • Basic familiarity with web analytics and performance metrics to evaluate results and guide prioritization.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for improving user experience and driving measurable website impact.
Salary Range

$90,000 - $140,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
