Job description

Title: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Job Description: 
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale Commercial Integration initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This consultant will lead planning, coordination, governance, and execution activities across multiple business and technology workstreams, ensuring successful integration of critical commercial platforms and capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong traditional project management skills, technical awareness, and experience leading large-scale enterprise integration efforts involving multiple stakeholder groups and interconnected systems.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution for a Commercial Integration workstream
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and Gantt charts
  • Establish project governance and facilitate recurring project meetings
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate integration activities across multiple business and technology teams
  • Drive accountability and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage competing priorities and complex organizational dependencies
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive-level status reporting
  • Ensure integration points are identified, documented, tracked, and successfully executed
  • Support delivery planning and implementation activities across multiple platforms and teams

 
Workstream Scope
The consultant will support initiatives involving:

  • Passenger Service Systems (PSS) / OLTP platforms
  • Website and digital customer channels
  • Mobile applications
  • Marketing Technology platforms
  • Supporting integrations and data flows across commercial systems

 
Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise integration initiatives
  • Strong traditional project management background
  • Proven expertise managing schedules, governance, RAID logs, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience working within complex corporate environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively navigate conflict and competing priorities
  • Strong technical awareness and understanding of system interactions and integrations
  • Experience operating within hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery environments

 
Preferred Qualifications

  • Airline industry experience
  • Passenger Service System (PSS) experience
  • Experience supporting commercial technology ecosystems
  • Experience supporting digital channels, mobile platforms, and marketing technology solutions
  • Jira experience

The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $75.
