What You’ll Do
  • Partner with executives, department heads and other project owners to lead the development of new marketing and communication deliverables
  • Utilize organization skills and time management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
  • Create, manage and coordinate production schedules and maintain ongoing communication with graphic and digital designers, copywriters, videographers, compliance, and other key stakeholders
  • Utilize software technology to keep tasks moving forward and ensure project status is up to date
  • Build and foster collaborative relationships with other departments within the organization to stay informed and abreast of new initiatives, products and services
  • Communicate with sales teams about active marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide direct correspondence and support for internal client inquiries through calls, emails and in-person conversations; elevating inquiries when appropriate
  • Create presentations and communication to educate and train internal employees on the merits of programs
  • Implement accurate and up-to-date understanding of trends, best practices, and prevailing attitudes and approaches
  • Provide suggestions for new or enhanced products and/or services, assist in the development of product/services, and provide ongoing feedback to management
  • All other duties as assigned

What you Bring
  • 3-5 years of job-relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications - Preferred
  • Knowledge of the financial industry’s basic operations - Preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with the development of marketing materials, such as social media, websites, email campaigns, print and digital collateral, and video
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Suite Programs
  • Competent knowledge of project management tools and techniques, methodologies and best practices
