Mac Properties is a dynamic and growing private residential real estate company with operations in the metropolitan areas of Chicago, St. Louis and Kansas City.

The Digital Marketing Manager owns the digital presence and performance of Mac Properties and Fernwood Property Management across a portfolio of approximately 12,800 apartments. This position is responsible for property website performance, paid media, prospect nurturing campaigns, and digital content production, partnering closely with web and digital vendors on more technical execution. A successful Digital Marketing Manager will ensure strong lead generation and conversion through proven digital marketing strategy and execution.

We are excited to invite candidates from the Kansas City, MO market to apply for this role! The starting salary is $95,000/annually plus bonus potential.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain property websites, landing pages, and blog content in partnership with our digital vendor, and administer GoDaddy-hosted sites including domain and hosting.
  • Monitor GA4 website analytics and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across websites, landing pages, and paid campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles listings across the portfolio to ensure local search presence for every community.
  • Own SEO strategy, technical and non-technical, and grow answer engine optimization (AEO) practices so communities surface accurately in organic and AI-driven search.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns and Google Ads to support portfolio-wide and community-level leasing goals.
  • Design and manage prospect nurturing campaigns via SMS and email in HubSpot.
  • Provide regular performance reporting on SEO, paid media, email/SMS, and website analytics to the CMO and marketing leadership.
  • Oversee digital content management.  Coordinate photography, video, and virtual tour production across the portfolio.
  • Create digital and print marketing content in support of leasing campaigns, resident communications, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Three (3) plus years of professional digital marketing experience, multifamily or real estate experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • HubSpot experience required. Yardi RentCafe experience highly valued.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with technical and non-technical SEO, GA4, Google Ads, and paid social platforms.
  • Working knowledge of website administration and content management systems, and experience with local listing and reputation platforms such as Google Business Profile and SOCi.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate website and campaign data into actionable marketing recommendations.
