About the role:
The Integrated Marketing Operations Manager will help execute and optimize our marketing strategies while ensuring the smooth operation of integrated marketing projects. Success in this role requires someone who is naturally collaborative, highly organized, and comfortable building relationships across departments and retail locations. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing people together, solving process challenges, and ensuring teams stay aligned from planning through execution.
Essential Functions:
  • Marketing Operations Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, social media, paid advertising, and in-store promotions.
  • Request creative and deliver to partners for each campaign (print, paid social, PMax, digital billboards, broadcast, CTV, radio, display)
  • Leverage Christy Sports's ChatGPT copy for each campaign for all channels using relevant messages, previous year's insights, and industry best practices.
  • Identify cross-channel opportunities to optimize
  • Provide media buying and campaign management support for the Director of Channel Marketing for digital and traditional media channels.
  • Includes traditional media buys (identifying outlets, determining the budget breakdown, and confirming spots) and ensuring delivery of assets and deliverables for all media
  • Own partnership relationships and vendor asset management and distribution for advertising partners to support all channels
  • Support the growth of the business through developing and executing operational plans, strategies and processes for the marketing team
  • Drive SEO improvement strategy along with third party vendor support, integrating strategy with IT, website, and content teams
  • Project Management:
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of channel marketing projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Includes PM work with vendor management for paid and owned channels
  • Ensure all channels have submitted requests in a timely manner and assets are created and delivered in accordance with established timelines
  • Own and optimize processes for GTM execution
  • Create and maintain project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring all deliverables are met for the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on integrated marketing projects.
      • Work directly with regional teams to determine the right mix of advertising outlets and messages, and validate creative before delivery.
  • Manage the Monday workspace, GTM weekly meetings, and monthly calendar planning meetings
  • Drive process in collaboration with the Director of Marketing Operations, Channel Marketing Director, and Sr. Digital Experience & Operations Manager
  • Lead GTM process and calendar, ensuring all campaigns are kicked off and executed in a timely manner, assigning a design lead for each campaign, and maintaining alignment on campaign priorities.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Assist in tracking, measuring, and reporting on key performance metrics for marketing activities.
  • Own the campaign retrospective process, eliciting campaign performance data from marketing and cross-functional team members, reviewing the information during weekly GTM calls, and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular reports for senior management including weekly and monthly business reviews, traffic reporting, and more.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall goals and objectives, including identifying opportunities to better align in-store and digital marketing.
  • Identify opportunities for alignment and improvement across channels
  • Collaborate with the content team to support strategy for content and accuracy of messaging across channels
  • Participate in seasonal regional calls to provide insight on regional marketing and serve as a point of contact for regional and store managers to share marketing opportunities.
  • Serve as the marketing representative for assigned merchant categories
  • Communicate project updates and marketing plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the channel marketing team to track success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and integrate into future initiatives

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field (internships and relevant coursework may be considered).
  • Experience using Monday.com or a comparable project management platform, with the ability to build workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor website traffic, user journeys, and campaign performance.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools, including ChatGPT, to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, summarize information, and support marketing execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels and tools, including social media, print, broadcast, and email marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the outdoors and familiarity with outdoor gear and activities is a plus.

Budgeted range starts at: $75,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
