Project Manager II

Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management in water / wastewater industry
  • Strong understanding of I&C systems and control technologies used in water / wastewater treatment facilities
  • Advanced understanding of instrumentation and controls in water / wastewater
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, approachability in demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities, including managing challenging or complex interactions
  • Comfortable reading and understanding engineering and construction drawings, and standard specifications
  • Knowledge in using AutoCAD electrical and libraries
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and show close attention to detail
  • Ability to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of projects
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with our clients and team members
  • Manage client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns
  • Oversee project performance, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors and vendors
  • Identify project risks and work on mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, issues and solutions to project leads, management, and clients
  • Ensure all work adheres to regulatory and safety standards
  • Create scope of work details and prepare pricing for proposals and change orders
  • Review control panel calculations, drawings, I/O list, Submittals and O & M Manuals and provide feedback to I & C Designers
  • Review PLC wiring diagrams including motor control circuits
  • Provide support to on-site technicians and programmers
