Job Summary
The Provider Recruiter position will identify, source and generate targeted Therapy, Pharmacist, Audiologist, Advanced Practice Professional using a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods that include; Journal and web advertising, mining websites, direct mail, telemarketing, job fair attendance, networking referral programs, phone interviews and recruitment firms as needed. Identify qualities and skills needed by the department and utilize information to develop effective recruitment plans for sourcing and identifying. This position will also coordinate on site interviews & attend various career fairs.
