Job SummaryThe Front Desk Attendant/Cashier greets members and guest as they enter and exit the facility, answers phone calls, refers individuals to the appropriate staff regarding membership issues, answers general operational and membership questions, and performs other duties as assigned. The duties performed by the Front Desk Attendant/Cashier are to be done in a manner that ensures a level of customer service needed for the Shannon Health Club to operate effectively and efficiently.
QualificationsEducation
- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
- Preferred
- One year of experience as a Receptionist or a Cashier
Certification/Licensure:
- Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
