Job Overview:
Marketing Content Manager will report to the SVP of Marketing & Partnerships, working primarily with the Marketing department and working secondarily with the Public Affairs team for deliverables. This role is critical to increasing Patriot Mobile's brand awareness, emphasizing our mission, creating a community, and positioning the Company as a thought leader in the Christian Conservative movement. This candidate must be a team player and ready and willing to dive in on special projects as needed. This position requires evening events and some travel to conferences and conventions as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute social media strategy across Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Truth Social, YouTube, and Rumble to drive growth, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Analyze channel performance and platform trends to optimize strategy; oversee content planning, publishing schedules, and reporting across all channels.
  • Manage and mentor the Social Media Specialist.
  • Write, edit, and publish 5-10 blog articles per month, plus marketing copy for campaigns, promotions, and launches; provide copywriting support to other departments as needed.

Digital Content & Web Management
  • Maintain and update marketing content on the company website, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Serve as final review point for published marketing assets across web, blog, social, and video, confirming brand standards and messaging accuracy before content goes live.
  • Serve as first backup in the video library's event sharing protocol, sending shareable event video links to organizers when the Media Production Specialist is unavailable, per established access and privacy procedures.

Public Relations & Corporate Communications
  • Manage media monitoring and reporting through Meltwater and other media intelligence platforms.
  • Produce biweekly and monthly media intelligence reports that include media coverage analysis, sentiment tracking, competitive insights, share-of-voice reporting, and key performance metrics.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations based on media, marketing, and social media performance.
  • Write, edit, and distribute the monthly Patriot Press member newsletter.

Event Marketing & Sponsorship Activation
  • Lead content and promotional strategy for company-sponsored events, conferences, and partnerships, including emails, social content, blog posts, and event materials.
  • Coordinate event photo/video collection, gather quotes and testimonials, and produce post-event recap content.

Partner Marketing & Advertising
  • Manage content deliverables for strategic partnerships, including AMAC and NRA, in collaboration with agencies, media buyers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop partner email campaigns, ads, sponsored content, landing pages, and promotional offers, including discount code coordination.
  • Collaborate with designers on brand-aligned marketing materials; review and approve creative for accuracy and consistency.
  • Write and maintain partner live-read advertisements, radio scripts, and promotional messaging.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong writing and project management skills
  • Social media administrator experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and graphics tools such as Canva
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and positive team player
  • Experience with Wordpress CMS
  • Knowledgeable about social and political issues affecting the Christian conservative movement

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree, from a regionally accredited college, in Print/Broadcast Journalism, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the political environment.
