- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of assessment content and production editors, including workload planning, cross-training, and performance coaching.

Assessment Content Editing
- Oversee editorial review of test items, passages, graphics, item development plans, performance-level descriptors, manuals, and technical documentation.

Production Editing & QA
