This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, driving growth, improving organizational performance and customer outcomes, and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. The Vice President of DAS Innovation will work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Strategy, and Tech Enablement to accelerate growth and enhance value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with the Senior Vice President to develop and execute the business unit's strategic vision and operational objectives.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into measurable execution plans with clear accountability, milestones, and value creation targets, in partnership with the Strategy and Value Creation team.
  • Continue to refine and evolve the business unit's Value Creation Plan in conjunction with the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Strategy and Value Creation team, with a particular focus on developing and executing a rolling three-year strategic roadmap.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Senior Vice President on business opportunities, organizational priorities, and market positioning.

Product & Customer Insights

  • Leverage client feedback to identify opportunities to improve existing products, enhance customer satisfaction, and influence future product development.
  • Partner with Strategy and Product teams to develop and maintain the CEMS & DAS product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer use types, market demand, and long-term business objectives.
  • Product Innovation & Technology Leadership
  • Help define and execute the long-term CEMS/DAS innovation vision.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Product team s to identify higher-value applications of operational and customer data, creating differentiated solutions and new value creation opportunities.
  • Champion initiatives that strengthen product capabilities, interoperability, and market competitiveness.

Mergers & Acquisitions Integration

  • Co-lead the operational integration of future acquisitions to ensure successful onboarding of employees, customers, products, and business processes.
  • Work with the M&A team to develop integration plans that preserve customer relationships, accelerate organizational alignment, and realize anticipated business synergies.
  • Develop and ensure execution against a revenue and cost synergy capture plan.

The Vice President is expected to:

  • Operate as the Senior Vice President's trusted partner and principal delegate.
  • Balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
  • Build alignment across diverse teams and functions.

  • Successful integration of acquired businesses and achievement of post-acquisition objectives.
