Key Responsibilities
Enrollment & Conversions
Follow up with prospective students (leads from paid ads, webinars, lead magnets, and referrals) via phone, email, and SMS
Lead discovery calls to identify goals, match prospects with the right CPT pathway, and confidently overcome objections
Guide prospects through the enrollment process and motivate them to commit to their goals
Track all activity in the CRM and meet conversion and outreach KPIs
Student Coaching & Retention
Host and/or co-facilitate informational webinars, live Q&As, and onboarding sessions
Provide light coaching and accountability to help enrolled students progress through their course and stay engaged
Offer 1:1 consults and group sessions to answer questions and support test preparation
Promote NFPTs continuing education, membership model, and career support tools to maximize retention and student success
Strategy & Collaboration
Share insights with marketing about objections, lead quality, and message alignment
Suggest improvements to outreach processes and student engagement strategies
Represent the voice of the studentbefore and after certification
Support social media efforts by responding to student questions, creating compelling content, and more
KPIs & Performance Metrics
Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate

Qualifications
CPT experience strongly preferredyou understand the journey because youve lived it

Comfortable speaking in front of small groups and co-hosting live webinars
