Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs of your clients, adjusting strategies as necessary based on progress and feedback.
  • Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or solution-focused therapy.
  • Lead group therapy sessions or family therapy to support collective healing and foster social connections among participants.
