• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through video consultations, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to engage clients in therapeutic processes that promote resilience and recovery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguarding client confidentiality while also upholding ethical standards in your practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and provide integrated treatment plans that consider all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Participate in regular clinical case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to team knowledge-sharing and enhancing treatment approaches through shared experiences and insights.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, facilitating understanding and access to community resources and support systems to strengthen their coping strategies.
• Stay current on the latest research and innovations in mental health by attending webinars and continuing education opportunities, ensuring the application of up-to-date knowledge in your therapeutic practices.

Your work will center around a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression, each presenting unique backgrounds and needs. Through supportive, personalized care, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, implementing strategies that promote long-term wellness and self-efficacy.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy and evidence-based therapeutic techniques that align with clients’ individual needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective therapeutic relationships and client engagement.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to adapt therapeutic strategies to complex clinical situations.
• Experience or willingness to engage in collaborative teamwork, valuing input and insights from fellow professionals.

• Experience working with a telehealth platform or remote counseling settings, demonstrating the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques for digital communication.
• Background in substance use disorders is a plus, though it is not required.
