• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of new patients and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, utilizing telehealth technologies to provide effective care.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing approaches to align with the unique circumstances of each client within the detox framework.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation within secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while facilitating case reviews.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with fellow professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create well-rounded care strategies during virtual consultation sessions.
• Participate in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to discuss treatment strategies and outcomes, fostering professional development and improving service delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, recovery pathways, and available resources, employing digital communication tools to enhance understanding and support.
• Stay current with advancements and best practices in mental health through online training, webinars, and research, effectively integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.

You will mainly work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders in a detox setting, providing essential therapeutic support tailored to their needs. Your role is crucial in helping clients develop coping strategies, create recovery plans, and navigate the challenges of detoxification, ultimately contributing to sustained recovery and improved mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a substance use treatment or behavioral health setting.
• Expertise in advanced psychotherapy techniques with a focus on solution-based interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients through digital platforms.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, enabling effective problem resolution in a remote environment.
• Ability to function autonomously while also working collaboratively as part of a virtual treatment team.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in detox or addiction treatment settings. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote clinical best practices is highly desirable, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

• A competitive annual salary range between $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
