The Event & Experiences Manager will help shape and support the planning, execution, and operational excellence of D&B’s owned event portfolio. The position partners closely with the Senior Manager, Events & Experiences to deliver high-touch experiences that drive customer engagement, executive relationships, and business outcomes.

Essential Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of D&B's owned event portfolio, including executive roundtables, Customer Advisory Boards, executive dinners, hosted experiences, internal leadership events, and webinars.

  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Events & Experiences to operationalize event strategies that support customer engagement, executive relationships, client retention, and commercial priorities.

  • Manage end-to-end event operations including registration, attendee communications, production coordination, logistics, venue management, speaker management, budget tracking, and onsite execution.

  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Sales Operations teams to support lead management, campaign tracking, reporting, and event-to-pipeline visibility.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize registration workflows, attendee journeys, event templates, reporting dashboards, surveys, and post-event measurement frameworks.

  • Support webinar and virtual event operations including platform administration, speaker preparation, rehearsal management, audience engagement tools, polling, Q&A moderation, and post-event reporting.

  • Develop and maintain repeatable processes, documentation, templates, and playbooks that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the event portfolio.

  • Provide operational support for select strategic sponsorships and third-party events where integration with owned event objectives exists.

  • Support the planning and execution of D&B's owned event portfolio, including executive roundtables, Customer Advisory Boards, executive dinners, hosted experiences, internal leadership events, and webinars.

Essential Skills and/or Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting owned events, event marketing, experiential programs, event operations, or event technology within a B2B or fast-paced environment5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining a high level of qualityand attention to detail.

  • Experience working with event technology platforms such as Cvent, RainFocus, Bizzabo, Splash, Swoogo, ON24, Zoom Events, Webex, or similar solutions.(Preferred).

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and event-related campaign reporting.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate event data into actionable recommendations.

  • Ability to rapidly shift between projects, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain composure infast moving environments.

  • Project management skills with the ability to coordinate details, meet deadlines, and thrive underpressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Physical Requirements
