A fast growing direct to consumer digital company based in Southern California is hiring a Design Lead, Lead Generation to drive the performance and optimization of lead generation experiences across multiple consumer brands. This full time onsite opportunity in Glendale focused on building high converting landing pages, lead capture funnels, and digital conversion experiences using Webflow, Figma, analytics platforms, and CRO methodologies. The ideal candidate combines strong UX/UI fundamentals with a performance driven mindset and hands-on execution.
This is a unique opportunity for a designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, psychology, and measurable business impact. The company is looking for someone who understands how to turn traffic into qualified leads through thoughtful design, experimentation, and continuous optimization. Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years of UX/UI or digital design experience focused on lead generation or conversion optimization
· Strong hands-on Webflow experience including page builds and deployment

· Experience designing and optimizing landing pages, forms, and lead capture funnels
· Strong understanding of CRO methodologies and A/B testing
· Experience using analytics and behavioral insights to improve conversion performance
